Team WOD:  30 min AMRAP of:

10 Burpees
10 Power Cleans (95/65)
10 Toes to Bar
40 Double Unders
100M Row

One partner does a full round and rest while the other partner completes the next round.  Continue until 30 minutes expire.



If you really think about it, Reebok CrossFit Back Bay is a gym.  A gym in the sense that there are weights to be lifted, Pull Ups to be done, and Burpees to be regretted.  The four walls that house the foam rollers, the abmats, and the boxes are no different than the four walls of any other gym.  And just as true as those sentences may have been, Reebok CrossFit Back Bay is still, because of you all, so much more.  Last night was the product of the love and passion a person can have for something in which they believe.  As coaches we have the opportunity to affect the lives of others in an incredible way, but in reality it is you who have done that for us.  The community that lives and thrives in these four regular walls is that certain something that makes events like last night special.  We provided a gym and you guys made it a community.  Luckily, this is a gift that you continue to give us.  On behalf of myself and the rest of the staff at Reebok CrossFit Back Bay, I would like to thank you all for the opportunity we have been giving and with your blessing we will continue to kick your ass.
